Your wedding week, planned to the muhurat.

Full-service planning for Indian weddings of 150 to 1,200 guests, from the mehendi to the vidaai.

Most of our couples have three hundred guests, two families with opinions and one muhurat the pandit will not move. We plan the whole week backwards from that minute, so nothing on the day has to be decided twice.

The Saanjh planning team

Five ceremonies, one run of show.

We run every function of the wedding week ourselves, in order and with the same team, so moving from the haldi to the sangeet is a cue on a sheet, not a phone call.

Day 1 · Afternoon

Mehendi

Henna artists booked by guest count, so the queue never outlasts the music.

  • Artist roster and seating plan
  • Dhol and a live folk set
  • Floor cushions, shade and fans

Day 2 · Morning

Family performances rehearsed in two sessions, then run to a cue sheet on the night.

Day 3 · At the muhurat

The baraat arrives on time because we walked its route at the same hour a week before.

  • Every minute timed to the muhurat
Dinner tables under string lights and candles

Day 3 · Late evening

  • Menu tasting, Jain and vegan counters
  • Seating plan for every table
  • The vidaai car and send-off

How we plan a wedding week.

Most couples come to us nine to fourteen months before the date. Four stages, and one planner who stays with you through all of them.

  1. First call

    45 minutes

Guest count, cities, the budget you are comfortable with and the dates your family pandit has suggested.

  2. Venue and muhurat

    Weeks 1 to 3

We shortlist three venues that are free on your muhurat, visit them at that hour, and hold your favourite while you decide.

  3. Design and vendors

    Months 2 to 8

One moodboard per function, one shared budget sheet, and every vendor contracted, briefed and paid through us.

  4. Wedding week

    The final 5 days

A run of show by the minute, a team on the ground for every function, and one planner who answers your family's calls.
